Chairman
Dr. Lalit S. Kanodia is the Chairman & Director of Lumina Datamatics Ltd. He founded Datamatics Group in 1975, prior to which he was instrumental in the setting up of Tata Consultancy Services in 1967. As Chief Mentor at Datamatics, Dr. Kanodia drives all innovation, new product development and quality initiatives.
Dr. Kanodia is an Executive Member of NASSCOM, the apex body of the IT-BPO industry in India. After obtaining a degree in engineering from India’s premier technology institute, IIT, Bombay, Dr. Kanodia completed his doctorate in management and post-graduation in computer science from MIT (USA).
Managing Director & CEO
Sameer L. Kanodia has been the Managing Director and CEO of Lumina Datamatics Limited since 2021. He is the Vice Chairman and CEO and is on the Board of Directors of TNQTech. He served as the Executive Director at Datamatics Global Services Limited for more than 10 years until 2019 and continues to contribute as a Non-Executive Director. With over 25 years of experience in the Datamatics Group, he has played a pivotal role in the Company’s growth and success.
Sameer’s leadership is characterized by his strategic vision, commitment to quality, and focus on building strong client relationships. His contributions have been instrumental in driving Lumina Datamatics’ expansion and innovation in the global market.
Under Sameer’s leadership, Lumina Datamatics has achieved significant milestones, including expanding its global footprint and diversifying its service offerings. He has been instrumental in driving innovation within the company, leading to the development of cutting-edge solutions in content, data, and technology services. His strategic vision has enabled Lumina Datamatics to forge strong partnerships with leading global publishers and retailers. One of Sameer’s notable achievements is his role in driving overall financial and market position growth for Lumina Datamatics. His strategic initiatives and focus on operational efficiencies have enhanced the company’s competitive edge in the market.
Sameer has also been recognized for his contributions to the industry. His commitment to quality and excellence continues to earn Lumina Datamatics numerous accolades, positioning the company as a leader in the industry.
His involvement in industry bodies is extensive. Sameer was a member of the IT Committee at the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2017 to 2018 and served on the Knowledge (Skill & Education) Committee in 2021-2022. He was a member of the Managing Committee of the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 2022-2023 and has been re-elected for the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 terms. Additionally, he has been elected to the National Executive Council of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce for the 2023-2024, 2024-2025, and 2025-2026 terms.
Sameer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration from Bryant University, USA, where he was consistently on the Dean’s List and graduated with honors. He was a member of the Board of Trustees at Bryant University for 10 years until 2017.
Executive Director
Anju Kanodia has been serving as the Executive Director of Lumina Datamatics since 2018. She also serves as a Director on the Board of TNQTech. Anju played a pivotal role in the successful listing of the parent company, Datamatics Global Services Limited in 2004 marking a significant milestone for the group.
Anju holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and earned her Master’s in Business Administration with Honors, majoring in Finance, from Bryant University, USA.
Director
Rahul L. Kanodia leads all strategic and corporate initiatives globally, leading to the long-term growth, profitability and industry leadership of Datamatics Global Services Limited. He has over 20 years of professional experience and has held progressively senior and leadership positions.
Rahul holds an MBA from Columbia University (USA), with a major in business strategy and marketing. He has bachelor’s degrees from H. R. College (India) with a specialization in finance and accounting, and Babson College (USA) with a specialization in management information systems.
Independent Director
Mr. Vinay Aggarwal has an MBA in Finance from North Eastern University, USA. After a stint with Unisys in Detroit, he became the Vice President of Tata Unisys Ltd. (1981- 89). Thereafter he was appointed as CFO of TCS (1990- 2003). Mr. Vinay Aggarwal, was the Chief Financial Officer at TCS for more than a decade, and also worked briefly as CFO of Flag Telecom, a subsidiary of Reliance Communications. He is now an Independent Consultant.
Independent Director
Mr. Rajiv Vaishnav has over 40 years of experience building brands, developing teams, expanding market share, and raising companies from the grassroots upwards. He is presently the co-founder and managing partner at Cornerstone Venture Partners, a global technology venture capital fund, a National Advisor to the SME Chamber of India, and an Honorary Exec Chairman to the Start-ups Council of India, amongst other groups.
He was associated with Reliance Industries Limited’s GenNext Venture Fund as Head of the Ecosystem & Partnership Development, was the first regional head of Mumbai at NASSCOM, a co-founder of TiE, Mumbai. Mr. Vaishnav has worked with the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, and two U.S. freight forwarding giants, Emery Worldwide and Air Express International. He is a Science graduate of Mumbai University.
Independent Director
Mr. Atul Joshi is the Founder and CEO of Oyster Capital Management. Mr. Joshi is a renowned economic policy veteran and an experienced banker with more than 30 years of experience. Earlier, he was the Managing Director & CEO of Fitch Ratings Group, heading India and Sri Lanka operations. Prior to Fitch Ratings, Mr. Joshi worked in ICICI Bank Group and ING Vysya Bank in different functions such as Project Finance, Currency trading desks, Debt Capital Market, etc.
Mr. Joshi is a member of the Managing Committee of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber (IMC). He has been a part of several committees, including CII, FICCI, Indo-American Chamber, and Indo-French Chamber. He regularly speaks at national and international events. He is the All India 12th Rank holder in the Chartered Accountants exam and a double graduate from Bombay University with a Bachelor’s degree in General Law.

Mr. Anant Singhania, a fifth-generation industrialist, is the CEO of J.K. Enterprises and a Director in J.K. Organization and Platinum Fashion Apparels Pvt. Ltd. He also serves as a Commissioner on the Board of Commissioners of PT Jaykay Files, Indonesia. Mr. Singhania serves as an Independent Director on the Board of TNQTech, bringing with him a wealth of industry experience and governance expertise. A Commerce graduate from Sydenham College, Mumbai, Mr. Singhania began his career at Raymond Ltd. as a management trainee, eventually rising to the position of Whole-Time Director. Over the years, he has held numerous leadership and Board roles across various group companies.
Mr. Singhania was the past President of the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He was a member of the Executive Committee of the Indo-Italian Chambers of Commerce and President of the Bombay Management Association. He has been a member of the Steering Committee of Corporate Governance Awards of the Asian Center of Corporate Governance. He was a member of the Divisional Railways User’s Consultative Committee of the Indian Railways and was Co-Chairman of FICCI – Maharashtra State Council. He was nominee on the boards of ASSOCHAM and Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
He was also an Executive Committee member of the China – India forum. He is a member of the Advisory Board of D. Y. Patil University School of Management C.B.D., Belapur, DYSUM.

Mrs. Mona Bhide has been the Managing Partner at Dave & Girish & Co., a law firm specializing in Corporate and Securities Law since 1992. She currently leads the firm’s International Corporate Law and Structured Finance practice. With over three decades of experience, she has advised clients on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, securities law (both domestic and international offerings), project finance, technology transfer, corporate restructuring, securitization, derivatives, and complex financial structures for banks and corporates.
Recognized as a “Highly Recommended Lawyer” by Global Counsel 3000 for her expertise in projects, restructuring and insolvency, company and corporate transactions, and project finance, Mrs. Bhide is a respected voice in the legal and financial communities. She is a member of the Law Society (London), the International Bar Association, and the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
Mrs. Bhide serves as an Independent Director on the board of TNQTech and as a Director on the boards of Datamatics Global Services Limited, Inspira Enterprise India Limited, PCS Technology Limited, Vinati Organics Limited, Fedbank Financial Services Limited and Benchmark Computer Solutions Limited.
She holds degrees in Commerce and Law and earned her LLM from Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago. She has also pursued advanced studies in Securities Law, Business Corporations, and Mergers & Acquisitions at the Kellogg School of Management.
