Lumina Datamatics actively engages in programs that support underserved communities, including skill development for women and essential resource distribution in villages.

• Energy conservation measures such as LED lighting, optimized air-conditioning, and switching off unused equipment.
• Use of eco-friendly electric vehicles at select locations (Chennai and Puducherry) to reduce carbon emissions.
• Encouraging the use of company transport options to help lower carbon footprints.
