Guided by our Board-approved CSR Policy and aligned with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, we support initiatives focused on education, employability, healthcare, community development, and environmental sustainability. Through strategic partnerships and employee participation, we strive to create long-term value while contributing to a more equitable and resilient future.

Every initiative we undertake is driven by our commitment to inclusive growth and sustainable development.
Our CSR programs are designed to create meaningful, long-term impact across four key areas.
Lumina Datamatics actively supports underserved communities through initiatives focused on skill development for women and the distribution of essential resources in villages.
Education is central to our CSR efforts. Through scholarships and institutional partnerships, we help deserving students from weaker socio-economic backgrounds pursue higher education and build brighter futures.
Lumina Datamatics partners with the Laxmi Foundation to support acid attack survivors, helping fund surgeries, rehabilitation, and mental health counselling so they can rebuild their lives with dignity.
Responsible environmental practices are integral to our operations, from managing e-waste to promoting energy conservation and cleaner transportation solutions.

As part of our commitment to environmental conservation and community development, Lumina Datamatics supported the restoration of the historic 400-year-old Muzhiyan Kulam pond in Pooranankuppam, Puducherry.
Undertaken in collaboration with the local community and the Dhana Sundarambal Charitable Society, the restoration forms part of broader efforts to address seawater intrusion and strengthen sustainable water management in the region.
The two-acre pond is expected to conserve approximately 50 million litres of groundwater annually, improve water availability for agriculture, and benefit 14 surrounding villages. More than 375 volunteers participated in transforming the neglected water body into a valuable community resource.
The restoration also included strengthening the pond’s infrastructure through protective fencing and compound walls, along with extensive tree plantation to enhance biodiversity and improve the surrounding ecosystem.
The restored pond was inaugurated on 26 June 2026 by the Hon’ble Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, in the presence of N. Rangasamy, Chief Minister of Puducherry; K. Kailashnathan, Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry; S. Selvaganapathy, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha); and other dignitaries.
To mark World Environment Day 2026, Lumina Datamatics partnered with Hope Givers Charitable Foundation to organise a tree plantation drive under its Synergy initiative.
Held on 5 June 2026, the drive brought together employees and members of the leadership team across Mumbai, Chennai, Madurai, Puducherry, and Noida to plant 500 saplings, reaffirming our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Beyond contributing to greener communities, the initiative encouraged employees to actively participate in environmental conservation while raising awareness about responsible and sustainable practices. The plantation drive reflects our belief that collective action can create meaningful and lasting environmental impact.
Lumina Datamatics proudly participated as a Silver Sponsor of the AEC Cares 2026 Project, reaffirming our commitment to creating positive social impact beyond our immediate communities.
Organised by AEC Cares and industry partners, the initiative brought together more than 150 volunteers from the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) community for a one-day volunteer-led renovation project.
The 2026 project focused on transforming the Rachel’s Women’s Center, operated by Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego, into a safer, more welcoming, and dignified space for women experiencing homelessness or living with limited resources.

Since 2011, AEC Cares has led volunteer-driven renovation projects across North America alongside the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design. We are proud to support this ongoing effort to strengthen communities and improve lives.
As part of our ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility, Lumina Datamatics proudly served as a Silver Sponsor of the AEC Cares Project Boston in June 2025. In partnership with Catholic Charities Boston’s Teen Center, the initiative supported a facility that serves more than 300 adolescents from Dorchester’s Bowdoin-Geneva neighbourhood through after-school and summer programs.
The Teen Center offers transformative programmes designed to build self-esteem and equip young people with the academic and personal skills they need to succeed. Through the collective efforts of AEC Cares and its supporters, the centre underwent a significant renovation, creating a brighter, more functional, and welcoming environment that inspires learning, growth, and opportunity.
The renewed space now reflects the potential and aspirations of the young people it serves. Whether studying, spending time with friends, or seeking guidance and support, they now have access to an environment that fosters confidence, belonging, and personal development.

The transformation of the Teen Center, and the heartfelt reactions of the teens who use it, serve as a powerful reminder of what can be achieved through collaboration, generosity, and a shared commitment to building stronger communities.
Lumina Datamatics partnered with the Kongunadu Educational Charitable Trust in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu, to sponsor the education of deserving students. This initiative reflects our commitment to empowering young minds through access to quality education.
